Police arrested music star Justin Timberlake on June 18 and accuse him of driving while intoxicated on New York’s Long Island.

Sag Harbor Village Police confirmed to NBC News that Timberlake, 43, was in custody Tuesday morning and faces a DWI charge. The singer was later released following an arraignment. Representatives for Timberlake haven’t commented about the situation.

A source told People that Timberlake had dined at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor and was driving to a friend’s house when police pulled him over.
