    Robertas Urbonas was born in Klaipeda, 11th of May He graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music in , having obtained a degree in Organizing cultural and educational events.

    He then worked in the Pedagogical institute in Vilnius, esthetics department.

    In became a managing director of a commercial film distribution company "Gija", in started working in the Lithuanian Film Studio (LKS) as head of the animation department, became the managing director of LKS in

    During the time of his management of the studio over 50 animations, many feature films and documentaries were produced there.

    Since international projects were brought in and successfully developed.

    Robertas Urbonas is one of the most professional film producers working together with international film companies in Lithuania.
