Champion whistler hits the high note
THE world's number one whistler is about to achieve his ultimate ambition - by performing with an orchestra.
David Morris took the World Whistling Championships in the US by storm with his technical mastery of fast-pace classics like Rimsky-Korsakov's The Flight Of The Bumblebee and Rossini's William Tell Overture.
David Morris was twice persuaded by friends to try something different after they discovered he had a unique musical gift.

And the cornet teacher and conductor has packed out concert halls around the world astounding audiences with his command of the simplest of instruments.
David, 56, from Saddleworth, has been accompanied by local musicians but dreamed of playing with an orchestra.
He said: "I'm going to play with the BBC Concert Orchestra on the Radio 2 programme Friday Night Is Music Night in March.
"It's a long-held ambition of mine and will be quite nerve- racking but I'm obviously looking forward to it greatly. I've had quite a lot of media exposur
