panDit daya shankar naseem kaul lakhnavi (1811-1845) has many Ghazal to his credit in spite of his short life-span.

But he is most known for his masnavi, an epic fairy tale of gul-e bakaavali and prince taaj-ul-mulook. It is long and linugistically elegant. Only the preface is posted here not only as representative of the elegant language but also illustrative of cross-religious writing.
