Hi and Welcome to the forum,
I think the person that you are looking for was a disciple of Sun Yu Feng of the Lohan tyle.
The difficulty that you are having may have more to do with the way you are spelling his name in English (also try Shiu Hon Sang). He was briefly shown doing some moves in a Bruce Lee documentary (Bruce Lee: The Man, The Legend).
